Kirinite is a special acrylic alloy developed for handle material (knife, gun, etc.) in the USA.
Kirinite is very easy to work with, with emery cloth, file, grinder, yet it is incredibly strong, impact resistant, and non-slip as handle material.
When machining (grinding, polishing, etc.), be careful not to expose it to high heat because it can easily melt.
After polishing, it gets a glistening "deep" material. The more polished, the better it adheres, even in wet (water, blood, etc.) medium.
When using Kirinite it is necessary to use a protective mask!
